Not from a good life


The bank of Moscow enters unprecedented conditions of hypothecary crediting — the mass program with a zero initial payment, the newspaper "Businessman" informs. On it the bank is compelled to go because of a crisis situation in the mortgage market — the rise in prices for the real estate leads to falling of demand for credits. And though to an example of Bank of Moscow намерены to follow and other banks, the majority of participants of the market consider such offers excessively risky.

As the head of department of retail business of Bank of Moscow has informed the Novel of Sparrows, from June, 1st till August, 31st bank enters new conditions of hypothecary crediting: credits for the term up to 25 years will stand out without an initial payment at preservation of standard conditions. In particular, rates (13—14 % in roubles and 10—11 % in currency) and the single commission of bank for credit consideration remain former.

Such conditions of hypothecary crediting — reaction of bank to the crisis situation which has developed in the market in last of some months. «Banks go on softening of conditions of crediting not from a good life: with a sharp rise in prices for habitation the number of the people taking hypothecary credits, strongly decreases, despite growth of the approved credit demands», — Denis Grishuhin has declared the deputy director of department of the finance of Agency on hypothecary housing crediting.

According to experts, softening of conditions of crediting — unique possibility for banks to keep clients and to try to keep volumes of hypothecary crediting. Till now banks were limited to decrease in the size of an initial payment from 20—30 % to 5—10 %. In the end of April so, for example, has arrived ВТБ-24. However, probably, even such offers have appeared not too effective — Bank of Moscow намерены to follow and some other banks working in this market.
