Experts answer: “the Regional market of the mortgage will be more dynamical. It will be more low under the prices, but not by quantity of given out credits. As far as I know, the Moscow hypothecary market by quantity of credits makes 20 % from the regional. The mortgage market will develop in a direction of search of new borrowers, developments of new products. Regions will be a platform of realisations. From the point of view of market refinancing, investors, especially foreign, soon will start to understand the Russian specificity. They will search for the compromise meanwhile, that has developed in Russia, and to what the western investors have got used.”
