The credit on the security: all is uneasy
In Russia now it is a lot of banks which give out money on credit on the security of habitation which is at the person taking the credit. In bank it is possible to take the credit to 70 % of cost, and the bank will not supervise, where money is spent. The bank interests only the habitation left as a deposit.
And here the most interesting begins. At each bank own requirements to the habitation left on credit. For example, to receive the credit on the security of apartment, the apartment should be in the house constructed after 1970. It only one example. The credit under municipal apartment to you will not give. Thus do not forget, that you should be the proprietor of object under which pledge the credit undertakes.
