One acquaintance from Belarus has told about how at them often "throw" banks. Usually take small consumer credits, for example, on the security of home appliances. And technics then sell or give to the grandmother. Well and the credit, naturally, do not pay. The bank in such cases can make nothing. Workers of bank, of course, start to ring out debtors, but it is not enough, that gives. Legislation РБ does not protect bank in this case. And consumer credits are now popular enough.
