The real estate abroad on credit
Today in bank it is possible to take the credit for any purposes. Real estate acquisition abroad is not an exception. To make it it is simple enough, especially if you already have a real estate in Russia, and usually and happens. Nevertheless, conditions of the credit for habitation purchase abroad differ a little.
The credit, as a rule, stands out on the security of the available real estate in Russia. However, the credit will make only about 70-80 % from market cost of the real estate. And here to take the credit on the security of the foreign real estate it will not turn out. Also as well as it will not turn out to take the credit in foreign bank.
